The exterior of the vessel is in the condition as I would expect for a 1993 with the interior very nicely set for a new owner to make their own. The seller has spared no expense along with a great effort by the working marine mechanic to ensure a sea worthy vessel referencing all components in a very clean and impressive engine room. The engines are in very nice condition with all services up to to date including new manifolds, clamps, hoses, cables and wiring. This vessel with Gen-Set (1200 Hours) is spacious and would be a comfortable live-aboard.

Brokers Notes: This vessel will be due for bottom paint as it is 2+ years old. A diver will be executed versus normal scheduling when required closer to survey and sale. The upper helm is currently having Bimini Top re-installed at which point the upper helm and upholstery will be freshened up. The isinglass for the upper helm enclosure is in poor condition and stored offsite. The carpeting for the upper helm is in good condition and stored offsite. The upholstery on the exterior is in good condition. An exterior detail although not necessary is recommended after purchase. As noted in the video there are a some minor cosmetic dings on the exterior. The electronics are dated and should be updated based on your preferences.
