This original owner 2008 Pursuit S310 Sport powered by Twin Yamaha (L)F250TXR Engines (502 hours) including a 18000 LB GVWR Trailer is in solid condition for it's next owner. It had been very well maintained over the years mostly for cruising and lightly fished.
The upholstery on the vessel is like new being recently replaced and the exterior hull is also is in good condition. The video walk through will get you up to speed on the overall cosmetic condition as well as the basics mechanically. 2008 Pursuit S310 Sport Notes:
Incorrectly noted in the video walk through the Trims Tabs are self-retracting versus the statement that they are not. The windlass is in working condition. There is a wine cooler fridge as shown in the pictures that has never been used and may or may not be working. The head has never been used. The macerator may or may not be in working condition. Correction note in the video the GPS "is wired" to the radar but not the radar function. The Raymarine Hybrid Touch GPS unit on the helm has recently been replaced. The port engine lower unit "foot" is new.
There is a bank loan on this vessel with a local GA bank with a same day turn around for loan release. This vessel is registered/titled with GA DNR and also USCG Documented which is rare. You have your choice on how you would like to transfer ownership paperwork wise. This vessel is located 90 minutes from my office so ADVANCED SCHEDULING is required for inspections.

Alternatively, the optional removable teak tabletop transforms the sun lounge into a spacious dinette for the ultimate in waterfront dining.
Within the console you?ll find a convenient stand up head compartment with locking storage so you can secure your valuables when you leave the boat to explore remote islands or stop at your favorite eatery.
The stern seating arrangement features forward and aft facing benches so that you can hold a casual conversation at the dock or while underway. The forward-facing seat on the front of the console also hides a spacious insulated 140-quart cooler, in case the Isotherm® drawer-style stainless steel refrigerator concealed in the base of the helm seating is not large enough. Of course, we couldn?t resist making the stern seat fold away just in case you wanted to put her fishing heritage to the test.
