This beautiful Post Marine 46' Sportfish had the hull laid out in 1981 and it was built out in 1982. This vessel has been nicely upgraded since purchase by it's 3rd owner over the last 4 years with sole purpose of being used as a charter boat. This vessel auditioned for "Wicked Tuna" in 2016. This is a solid opportunity to get into a 46 Post with the most of the work already done for you. All work that has been done is documented.
This vessel hails overall with 4700 hours. The starboard Detroit Diesel 671-TI turbo charged engine (10 Hours) was completely overhauled and rebuilt just 10 hours ago by the current owner. The port Detroit Diesel 671-TI turbo charged engine (700 Hours) was completely rebuilt by the previous owner at the 4000 hour mark. The port engine had the heads pulled and was completely inspected followed up by a full service while the starboard engine was being rebuilt. Brand new oversized turbos, manifiolds & risers along with new throttle cables were also just installed on both engines.
The previous owner also made a very large investment on the frame-less windows on both port and starboard. The current owner basically gutted the whole interior of the vessel refurbishing the galley, staterooms, bathrooms, wiring, lighting, carpeting, appliances, fixtures, ceiling and so much more which should be detailed in the videos. Please note that the Gen-Set has been removed from this vessel but is plug and play for the next owner.
Highlights: The bulkhead was completely gutted and re-framed with coosa board including the installation of frame-less windows. The salon entrance door was rebuilt in teak. The ceiling was just completely redone with a PVC composite. Brand new drip-less shafts (18 months ago) were just installed including all new cables straight up to the Marlin tower and new rudder mounts. The exterior of the vessel from the deck up was also completely repainted including the addition of powder coated rails and steps. All lighting is LED (multi colored adjustable) and the freezer including the fishing station on the deck are 2 years old as well as the Marlin tower hard top. In the salon the flat screen TV is new and all of the upholstery in the interior has been redone. In the galley everything is new from the fixtures to the refrigerator with the only exception being the original stove. A dehumidifier in the guest stateroom is installed as well which is directly plumbed into the bilge area. All sky lighting has been re-framed and is new. The outriggers are newly powder coated and the exterior teak just re-finished. There is also a new 3/4 eisenglass enclosure for the helm conveyed in the sale of this vessel.
Notes: All bonding, extinguishers, safety equipment & gear, GFCI and detectors are all up to code. The bow pulpit and windlass have been removed. The immediate surrounding around area was completely redone with coosa board and painted. There are 2 anchors stowed.

Entering into the spacious salon there is a comfortable L-shaped sofa to port with storage underneath and a reclining chair to starboard. Mid-ship to starboard there is a new flat screen TV topping off the entertainment center. This vessel has comfortable accommodations for 6 people:
-2 on the convertible couch in the salon
-2 in the guest state room with over/under bunks
-2 in the master stateroom featuring a walk-around queen berth
There is one complete head off of the master stateroom with stall shower and with direct access to the quest stateroom through the companionway is a second sink with vanity. As noted in the video the head off of the guest stateroom was removed.
